Join us for a cozy December series where kids learn to crochet granny squaresâthose colorful little patterns that come together to make blankets, scarves, and all kinds of beautiful things.
Taught by the sweetest grandma around, Dr. Diana Gibb, this class combines skill-building with the warmth of old-fashioned craft and connection. Kids will learn the basics of crochetâhow to hold the yarn, make chains, and stitch patternsâwhile enjoying tea, healthy snacks, and good company.
Each week, theyâll create new squares, exploring color and texture as they go. By the end of the series, students will have a small sampler of their own handmade work to take homeâperfect for gifting or keeping as a winter treasure.
Whatâs included: yarn, crochet hook, materials, tea and refreshmens
What to bring: curiosity, patience, and cozy after-school energy
Register: Venmo @kristinagibbphotography (include childâs name, grade, and âGranny Squares Classâ).
