A 2-Hour Workshop for Families or kids 8+

In this hands-on mixed-media workshop, students design and build their own magic wands using wood, gemstones, wire, ribbon, and natural materials. Each wand reflects its maker’s unique style—some bold and colorful, others simple and elegant.

As we create, we’ll talk about intention setting for the new year—how to express ideas like focus, kindness, curiosity, or confidence through color, form, and texture. Students will imbue their wands with these personal intentions, turning each piece into a reminder of what they want to nurture in the months ahead.

What we’ll do:

• Choose materials and plan a design

• Learn simple wire-wrapping and finishing techniques

• Create one complete wand to take home

• Herbal tea will be served

All materials are included. No experience necessary.
